It starts with homemade garlic, lemon and herb vinaigrette used to marinade the chicken and tossed with fresh vegetables before they are steamed.  After the chicken is perfectly cooked through but still tender and juicy it is plated over rice that has been cooked in a homemade chicken stock, fresh steamed vegetables and garnished with Italian parsley.
